    Original strap lasted 3-4 years before the plastic buckle broke. Replacement strap is pretty close to identical to the original. Replacing the strap was simple. I suspect it will have a similar lifetime. I like this it is a 2 pack, so now I have a spare to bring with me in anticipation of the other side breaking soon.
