This company is the best! Replaced the back rest free of charge! It didn't break, I lost it. Unheard of customer service and a great kayak as well.

I ordered a two pack replacement piece for my seat latch. It arrived promptly, but one of the pieces was broken. I didn't realize it until a few weeks later, when I went to attach them to my kayak. I emailed customer service and told them one piece was broken (with a picture) and asked if it was possible to just send me one more. Not only did they send it, but I had it within TWO DAYS! No questions asked. That's what I call good customer service! I would definitely buy from them again!
