    I have been so surprised by the incredible customer service AND this business having all the replacement items I have needed being that my kayak has been discountinued. All the products have been on point for replacement of old worn out parts, and they have shipped the items out right away.

    Very nice product, easy to remove the original, broken straps (11 years old) and replace with the new ones. Expect these to last just as long.

    the strap is great but the screws provided are too long had to use the old one to make it work

    Not much to say about a kayak handle. Not much left of the old one other than a shredded loop of fabric. What was notable was the super fast shipping. Ordered 10/1 from the east coast and received 10/3.
    Second item I've ordered from TG Watersports. Will definitely use them again.
